Albert Lloyd Cook

Albert Lloyd Cook, 76 of 514 N. Almond St., Carbondale, died at 5:40 p.m. Monday, April 20, 1981 in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
Mr. Cook was a car inspector for Illinois Central Railroad and retired in August , 1970. He was a member of Jesus Only Church.

He was born Feb. 15, 1905 in Alto Pass,  to Josirah Albert and Sula King Cook.
He married Helen Robinson April 4, 1931 in Carbondale.

Survivors include his wife; one daughter; Dorothy Ellis of Carbondale; one son, Earl of Davenport, Iowa; 4 brothers, Ogle, Earl and Robert of Carbondale and Ray of Albuquerque, NM; one sister Donna Mae Mann of Carbondale and seven grandchildren.
Mr. Cook was preceeded in death by his parents and one brother.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Walker Memorial Chapel in Carbondale. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
