Victoria & Orin McBride

Victoria, wife of Ed McBride, and son Orin departed this life March 18, 1925.

The mothers age was 65 years, 1 month and 28 days.  She united with the Lutheran Church at Mt. Joy 25 years ago and was a member of this same church at the time of her death.  She was born in Levan township, but had resided in Murphysboro the last 4 years on Gartside? street.  She leaves to mourn her departure, besides her husband, the following relatives; a sister, Mrs. Geo. Kinney of Murphysboro, and two brothers, Jacob H. Graff of Murphysboro and J. E. Graff of Garfield, Wash.

Oren McBride, son of Ed and Victoria, aged 33 years, 6 months, and 6 days, passed away with his mother and was laid to rest beside his mother in Mt. Joy cemetery.
