Kleo "Ed" Knox Torrance

Kleo " Ed" Knox Torrance, age 70, passed away Monday, February 25, 2008 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Superior Twp.

 He was born May 14, 1937 in Burlington, IA, the son of Fred and Ruth (Bughman) Torrance. On September 4, 1964 in Makanda, IL he married Shirley M. Jackson and she survives.

Other survivors include, niece, Valerie Domanico of NC, nephews, Daryle Domanico of FL, Garold Keithley of IL and Roger Keithley of CO, brothers-in-law, Carl W. (Ernestine) Jackson and John S. (Barbara) Jackson and his family, Kelsey, Amanda and Amy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Mary Jane Keithley and Betty Domanico.

Visitation will be on Thursday, February 28, 2008 from 5-8 p. m. at the Robison-Bahnmiller Funeral Home in Saline with the Memorial Service to be held at 6: 30 p.m. with Chaplain Dave McNeil, Officiating.

 Burial will be at the Rowan Cemetery in Makanda, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family so that they may provide a gift to the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Cancer Care Nurses to recognize their compassionate care. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
