Ellen Lucille Hobson

HOBSON, Ellen Lucille - Of Flushing, age 85, died Thursday, July 23, 1998 at the residence. 
Funeral service will be held at 1PM Monday, July 27, 1998 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 
West Hill Road, Pastor Gavin Raath officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation 6-9PM 
Saturday and 1-5PM Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hobson was born in Mt. Vernon, Illinois 
on February 6, 1913 and was a resident of this area since 1927. She married Jack Hobson on 
March 21, 1935 and he preceded her in death in 1986. Surviving are 2 sons, Richard Hobson, 
Charles and wife Mary Hobson, all of Flushing; 4 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Edith Anthony of 
Kansas and Nina Simon of Flint and brother, Leonard Redburn of St. Louis, Missouri.
