Jerseyville, Nov 3 - Mr and Mrs Ed Miner or Carolton will celebrate their golden wedding tomorrow. George Miner and family and Charles E Miner will attend. Mr Miner was a former resident of Jerseyville, being at one time editor of The Jerseyville Republican, afterwards became the editor of The Carrollton Patriot. Miss Margaret M Randolph, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Randolph of Jerseyville, was married yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock to Doctor Edward A. c, of Upper Alton Reverend J. G. Klene, pastor of the First Presbytertan Church, officiated. Doctor and Mrs. Cook departed immediately after the ceremony for their home in Upper Alton.

Wilmington - Dawdy
White Hall, June 17, Geraldine Dawdy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Troy Dawdy of Patterson, and Ralph Wilmington, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Wilmington of Patterson, were united in marriage in Jerseyville Wednesday afternoon by Rev. William Gaither, a Baptist minister. They were accompanied by Miss Lucile Dawdy and Richard Hicks. They will go to housekeeping in a home already prepared by the groom on his father's farm, known at the George Steelman farm west of Barrow.
