David D. Marler

 David D. Marler, 45, of Goreville passed away at 10:57 AM, February 6, 2004 at Heartland Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 9, 2004 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. John Boyd officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00PM Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cana Cemetery in Goreville. Memorials may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation. Memorial will be available at the funeral home or may be sent, c\o Blue Funeral Home, P.O. Box 411 Marion, Illinois 62959.

Mr. Marler was born on October 8, 1958 to Donald & Wanda (Hornbuckle) Marler in St. Charles, IL.

Mr. Marler is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Myra and Kevin Zwick; nephews, Samuel and Adam Zwick; maternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Mike and Polly Hornbuckle; aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He was formerly a construction worker and a member of Lick Creek Pentecostal church.

David never met a stranger. He loved to visit with family and friends.

The family would like to give a special Thank You to the ICU at Heartland Regional Medical Center and to Nephroplex Dialysis.

His pain and suffering is now ended. He is at peace
