Dolly Dunn Dolly Dunn, age 70, of Karnak, IL. died at 7:45p.m. Monday, April 1, 2002 at the Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis. Mrs. Dunn was born April 24, 1931 in Cypress, Ill. to John and Lula (JOHNSON) Peeler. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. Mrs. Dunn is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Elliott of Ullin and Lisa Scott of Metropolis; two sisters, Mary Baldwin of Arlington, Texas and Sarah Hall of Sherman, Texas four brothers, James Carter of Dove, Texas, Johnny Peeler of Carbon Hill, Ala. Jerry peeler of Jasper, Ark. and Edward Peeler of Elkville, Ill; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents; husband, Alvin Dunn; one son, Larry Dunn; and one grandson, James Dunn. Funeral services for Dolly Dunn were held at 1p.m. Friday, April 5, 2002 at the Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak with Rev. Ken Sharp officiating. Interment following in the Masonic Cemetery at Cypress.
