Eliza Jane Walker

Eliza Jane (CRAIG) Walker died suddenly at her home in Goreville, Illinois Friday evening February 6, 1959. She was the daughter of Carroll & Rebecca (THREET) Craig and was born in the Cedar Grove community near Goreville, Illinois April 2, 1877. She was 81 years old. She was from a family of 10 children.

She is survived by a Sister; Margaret Penline and 2 Brothers; John & L. D.

In 1896, she was married to Monroe Walker. He died, June 23, 1955, and to this union were born six children, two having preceded her in death, Tina, who died in infancy, and Stella Merriman. Those surviving are Lillie Brummitt, Della Howard, Milo Burtison and Elmer
