Clara Gore Jones, 57, formerly of Johnson County died Oct. 29, 1995, at Lake Elisnore, Calif. She was born May 12, 1938 in Johnson Co. Ill. the daughter of Lova and the late Luther Gore of Boles.
Survivors are her mother, Lova Gore; a son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Pam Whitcombe of Lake Elisnore, Calif.; a daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Richard Uhrly of Belknap; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Gore of Goreville and Glenna Hollenback of Boles; two brothers, Dallas Gore of Lewistown and Bill Gore of Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 1. Burial was in Arlington National Cemetery in Lake Elsinore, Calif.
