Memorial Bridge & Fox River
This beautiful Memorial Bridge spans the Fox River, and is 666 feet long and 66 feet wide. The approach pylon figures
represent Memory and the central figure Victory. The inscription on Bridge reads as follows: “Be this Memorial
Forever Dedicated: To the Defenders of American Ideals, As a Reverend Memory to the Departed, As a Vivid Tribute
to the Living; and As a Patriotic Challenge to Posterity, That these Ideals Shall Not Perish”.
