1913 Main Street, Rutland Illinois
Jim writes, "Rutland main street 1913. The big building on the corner (left) was the bank. The Post Office is there now. This was a 3-story building, the 3rd floor being a theater. This entire corner burned about 1953 and was demolished. A tavern and grocery were also lost."
The Rutland coal mine 1912. My grand-dad was working here at that time.
