This is all that remains of Melugins Grove Cemetery in Brooklyn Township. Its been
called by a lot of different names but its only name should be - Melugins Grove Cemetery -
created by a pioneer family and so should they be honored.
These pictures here were taken by Mike Hosler of Rock Falls in 2004 and I very
much appreaciate, his efforts to take what well might be the last photos of
this extraordinary little cemetery.
Lost for generations, then later restored by
Riley Flowers and his Scout Troop.
Who will care for it now?
