GEORGE W. MYER

Will Dated April 9, A.D 1885

I George W. Myer being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament and hereby give and bequeath into my wife Elizabeth Myer the below mentioned lands with all improvements there on. Viz1st South N.W Section 22. 80 acres. 2nd N. E. Fractional Section 21 127 65/100 acres 3rd Island No. 4 Section 21 42 6/100 acres all according to the U. S. government survey. 4th six acres more or less on the west end of the N. W. of the N. W. of section 22, this parcel of land (of 6 acres) conveyed by Hirem Hetler and his wife Nancy Hetler is that portion stated at the N.W. of the N.W. of sec. 22. Laying west of the road and is junction described in the deed from Hirem and Nancy Hetler and doly recorded. All the above intentional tracts on parcels of land are situated in Township 22 Range 9 E of the 4th principal Meridian County of Lee and State of Illinois.

I also further will to my wife Elizabeth Myer all personal property of what so ever nature or kind that I have or may have and the above mentioned real and personal property in mentioned for her sole use benefit and as at this fore out times all taxes and debts not to be when this will becomes enforce. I hereby name my wife Elizabeth Myer as the Executor of this will with our bonds.

The will is witnessed by Henry K. Strong and Janest Sanford Signed by George W. Myer.
