Petition of Emma Ruth Orvis Trusdell in the Matter of the Last Will and Testament of Abram K. Trusdell, deceased, for Probate of Wi1l and Letters Testamentary.

To the Honorable John B. Crabtree, Judge of the County Court of Lee County, in the State of Illinois:

The petition of the Undersigned Emma Ruth Orvis Trusdell respectfully represents that Abram K. Trusdell, who was at the time of his death a resident of the County of Lee and State of Illinois, departed this life at Dixon, in Lee County, State of Illinois, on or about the 30th day of July, A. D. 1915, leaving a last will and testament duly signed, published and attested, as believed by your petitioner, and which by her is herewith presented to your Honor for probate. That said will is subscribed by Alfred P. Armington and James B. Lennon, both of Dixon, Lee County, Illinois, as witnesses to the execution thereof.

That said testator in his said last will nominated and appointed Emma Ruth Orvis Trusdell, his wife, your petitioner, executrix thereof, and that your petitioner is willing and ready to accept and undertake the office and trust confided to her.

And this petitioner further shows that the said Abram K, Trusdell died seized and possessed of real estate valued at about Fifty Thousand Dollars, and, of personal property estimated to be worth about Fifteen Thousand Dollars.

That said deceased left surviving him and residing at Dixon,. your petitioner, his widow as aforesaid, and, the following named persons as his only heirs at law and legatees, and their respective places of residence, so far as known, are as follows:

Your petitioner further represents that she has made diligent inquiry to ascertain the address of the above named Marcy Trusdell, Mortimer Trusdell, and George Brink, and, has been unable to ascertain the address of either one of said parties, but believes that a notice addressed to George Brink, in care of John Sayer of Warwick, N. Y., would probably be forwarded to the said George Brink.

She further represents that the above named Esther Sayer, John Thomas Grisdale, Richard Orvis Grisdale, Warren N. Stewart, and Edwin Stewart, are infants under age; and she prays that a guardian and litem may be appointed for them and each of them.

In consideration whereof and to the end that said will may be proved, established, and performed, your petitioner prays that the subscribing witnesses aforesaid may be summoned to be and appear before this court at the September Term, A. B. 1915, thereof, then and there to testify in the matter of said will as it may your Honor to direct; and that probate of said will may be thereupon granted and the same ordered for record.

And your petitioner further prays that it may please your Honor to grant unto her letters testamentary of said last will and testament, upon taking the oath prescribed by the statute, but without entering into bond,-the same being waived and so requested by decedent as will more fully appear by said last will and testament, reference being thereunto had for greater certainty.
