Bernard Wessbecher of Mt. Pulaski was one of two applicants for naturalization, who were granted citizenship papers by Judge Frank Lindley in circuit court on Tuesday. The other applicant was Mrs.Violet Mary Scully, a native of England, wife of John Scully of the Scully estate. Wessbecher is a native of Germany.
