Marshal's Sale
UNITED STATES CIRCUIT COURT. - EXECUTION NO. 695.
From the United States Circuit Court for the Southern District of Illinois, in favor of
Wellington Clapp, William Kent and Samuel M. Beckley, and against Nicholas Boice and Jacob L. Plain, I have levied upon the following property, wit:
The north-west quarter of section 11, township 10 north, range 7 west of the third principal meridian, in Macoupin County, state of Illinois; as the property of the aforesaid defendants, which I shall execute to public sale on the 10th day of May next, at the court house door in the city of Springfield, to the highest and best bidder, for ready money. Sale to commence between the hours of nine (9) o'clock A.M. and sunset of said day.
Dated this 17th day of April, 1860.

From the United States Circuit Court for the southern district of Illinois, in favor of
Ezra R. Dibblee. John C. Work and Lansing C. Moore, and against Francis M. Bates, I have levied upon the following property, to wit:
Part of lot No. 78, in the old plat of the town of Carlinville, commending at the southeast corner of said lot 78, thence running north on the public square 26 feet, thence running west 98 feet, thence running south 28 feet, thence running east 98 feet to the place of beginning: also, part of lot No. 110, in the old plat of the town of Carlinville, being 44 feet by 66 feet deep, off of the south end of said lot 110; also, lots No. 6 and 7. in block No. 24, in Lewis & Way's addition to the town of Girard; also SW ¼ NE ¼ SW ¼ sec. No. 15, towns hip No. 10, north range No. 5, west 3d P.M. All of the above real estate is in Macoupin County and State of Illinois. Also, lots No. 3, 9 and 10, in block No. 1, in Halderman's addition to Carlinville, in Macoupin County, State of Illinois; which I shall expose to public sale on the 4th day of June, at the court house door in the city of Springfield, to the highest and best bidder, for ready money.
Sale to commence between the hours of 9 o'clock A. M. and sunset of said day.
Dated this 14th day of May, 1860.
