Elisa Landes - Died In this city,
on Saturday, April 14, 1866, Elisa Emrie Landes, daughter of D.G. and S. Landes, aged six months and 18 days [Centralia Sentinel, Thursday April 19, 1866 - Transcribed by K. Torp]
Benj. A Lovejoy 79, died Thursday evening of last week at 7:30 at his home
on South Franklin St., after an illness of about a month's duration. Mr. Lovejoy was born in St. Louis, but
had spent practically his entire lifetime in Salem and vicinity where he was well known and admired by a host of
friends. He is survived by two daughters and one son . Funeral services were conducted on Saturday
afternoon from the Hancock Funeral Home with Rev. H. C. Temple of the local Presbyterian Church Officiating.
Interment was made in the Fredonia Cemetery, Northwest of Salem.
George Henry Lynch, son of Westley and Terresa Lynch, was born on January 17, 1864, died May 5, 1932. He was married to Martha Austin on February 11, 1892. To this union one daughter was born.... He leaves to mourn his death his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Ray Brittan, one grandson, two brothers, four sisters, other relatives and a host of friends.
