Oct. 28, petition of Chas. S. Edwards for leave to tile farm lands of Wm H and Chas N. Edwards, minors. Ordered that guardian expend $100 and report.

Oct. 30, petition of Jas. B. Dunham for the guardianship of John Leslie Dunham, minor. Ordered that letters issue to James B. Dunham in bonds of $1000.

Estate of John Kapraun, deceased. Petition for probate of will and letters testamentary. Hearing on petition continued until Feb. 22, 1915, at 10 o/clock, a.m.

Estate of Harriet M. Green, deceased. Order that notice of final settlement be giving by mailing notices at least ten days prior to March 8, at 10 o'clock at which time this cause will be heard.

Estate of Henry Sargent, deceased. Petition for sale of personal property presented. Hearing and written order for private sale of personal property signed. Petition for leave to make partial distribution filed. Hearing and written order for same signed. The following claim allowed against said estate: E. E. Royce, $14 as claim of seventh class.

Estate of Fred Zilm, deceased. Petition for probate of will filed. Hearing and written order signed fixing upon March 1 at 10 o'clock a.m. for hearing on petition to probate will.

Estate of Emma M. Grimm, deceased. Petition for probate of will. Hearing on petition continued until Feb. 15, at 10 o'clock a.m.

Estate of Fed G. Curtis, deceased. Inventory presented and approved. Final report filed. Entry of appearance of Anna B. Crowl (nee Anna B. Curtis) in writing filed. Order that notice of final settlement be given by mailing notices to each heir at least five days prior to Feb. 15, at 10 o'clock a.m. at which time said cause will be heard.
