CHILD-HORACK

August 30, 1936

Henry, Ill. Sept 2 - Guy K. Child of Henry and Miss Wilma Faye Horack, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Horack, of near Bradford, were married Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Boyd's Grove M. E. church.  Rev. Shuley Ward performed the ceremony.  The bridal party was ushered by O. P. child of Henry and Russell Horack of Bradford.

Miss Marian Bonner of Paris, Ill., was maid of honor, while Opal Talbert and Harriet Fisher served as bridesmaids. The bride walked with her father and was met at the altar by the gridegroom who was attended by Wayne Horack as best man, brother of the bride.

Mrs. Child is a graduate of the Bradford High School with the class of 1935, and since that time she has remained with her paretns.  Mr. Child is a graduate of the Henry High school.  He is salesman at Duke Bros.' hardward store in Henry.  He also holds the position of city clerk.

After September 4, Mr. and Mrs. Child will be at home in the Mary Ford house on Jefferson street, which has been remodeled for them.
