Rites Held Tues. At Athens For Isabelle Basso
Mrs. Mike Basso, 64, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Hospital in Springfield after a lingering illness.

Isabelle Mitchellson Basso was born September 20, 1896, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Mitchellson, of Athens.

She is survived by her husband, Mike; one daughter, Mrs. Ray Kruthaupt of Chandlerville; one son, Albert of Long Island, New York; and three grandchildren, Michael, Mark and Linda.

The body was taken from the Lintner Funeral home to Mott Funeral home in Athens Tuesday morning.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at the Mott Funeral Home, with Rev. Paul Rhodes of Riverton, officiating.

Burial was in Hall Cemetery at Athens with Lintner Funeral home in charge of the arrangements.

Those caring for the flowers were Mrs. B.R. Harper, Dorothy Adkins, Mrs. Harry Anderson, Mrs. Joe Loring, Mrs. Marion Dietsch, Mrs. Josephine Lucas, Mrs. Richard Johnson, Mrs. D.L. Edwards and Freda Brown. Casket bearers were B.R. Harper, Harry Anderson, D.L. Edwards, Richard Johnson, Joe Loring and George Crowell.
