Kilbourne - Eileen Bell, 90, of Kilbourne passed away at 5:31 p.m. Sunday, May 28, 2006, at Havana Health Care Center.

She was born Oct. 4, 1915, in Oakford, Ill., the daughter of Clarence and Cora Dawson Stroh. She married Gilbert I. Bell on Aug. 25, 1939, in Petersburg, Ill., and he died March 31, 1994.

Mrs. Bell was a lifetime member of the Kilbourne Baptist Church, a member of the Mason County Home Extension, a former teacher and home maker. She received her teaching degree from Western Illinois University.

She is survived by two daughters, Roxie Toland of Springfield, Ill., and Kristine (Dennis) Skaggs of Havana; two sons, Gary (Joyce) Bell of Kilbourne and Randall (Arlis) Bell of Havana; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Stroh; and one sister, Faye Taylor.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana, conducted by Rev. Mike Stroh, with burial in the Kilbourne Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10 until 11 a.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kilbourne Fire Department.

KILBOURNE - Eileen Bell, 90, of Kilbourne died Sunday, May 28, 2006, at Havana Healthcare Center.

Survivors: two daughters, Roxie Toland of Springfield and Kristine (husband, Dennis) Skaggs of Havana; two sons, Gary (wife, Joyce) Bell of Kilbourne and Randall (wife, Arlis) Bell of Havana; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. today, Hurley Funeral Home, Havana, the Rev. Mike Stroh officiating. Burial: Kilbourne Cemetery.
