Woodrow B. Siltman Peoria Journal Star, May 13, 1993, Page: C8 HAVANA - Woodrow B. Siltman, 74, of 826 S. Coleman died at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, 1993, at Mason District Hospital. Born June 22, 1918, in Chandlerville to John Lewis and Nettie Marie Toland Siltman, he married Maxine Boggs on June 20, 1940, in Havana. She survives. Also surviving are one son, Thetus I. of Dunlap; one daughter, Joyce Dianne Rollins of Beardstown; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, his twin, Wilson of Virginia, Ill., and Carl Ivan of Tasmania, Australia; and two sisters, Ernestine Siltman and Illa Helensmith, both of Havana. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. He was the owner and operator of the Dairy Queens in Clinton, Havana and Beardstown for 20 years. During the time, he operated the Dairy Queen in Clinton, he also operated a swimming pool in Clinton. He was a member of Havana Church of Christ, Masonic Lodge in Chandlerville, Chandlerville Order of Eastern Star Lodge 544 and the Cursillo in Peoria. He was a World War II Army veteran. Services will be at 11:30 p.m. Saturday at his church. The Rev. Warren Hughes will officiate. Visitaion will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Burial will be in Snicarte Cemetery in Snicarte. Memorials may be made to his church, Home Healthcare of Mason District Hospital or the Heart Fund
