William Heron "Doc" Neff, picture taken (maybe??) in the 1940's. W. H. Neff was born 26 September 1853 Petersburg IL. He married Susan Frances Jackson Neff on 8 March 1877 in Menard County. He died on 2 May 1942 and is buried in West Cemetery, Athens Illinois with Susan Neff. He is my grgrandfather on my mother's side.
