Died: April 16, 1838 in Sangamon (now Menard) County, Illinois.

Buried: In Greenwood Cemetery, near Tallula, Illinois, Menard County.

Married: Mary Neely in Kentucky February 24, 1785. She was born August 20, 1761, she died January 26, 1852 in Menard County.

He served in the Revolutionary War from Pennsylvania in Captain Jacob Bower's Company, Colonel Harman's Regiment. He was 16 years of age.

Grave marked by Pierre Menard Chapter DAR, Petersburg, Illinois, September 18, 1938-39. Mrs. Ira Owen, Regent.

George: born March 19, 1805, Green Co., Kentucky; married Mary Blankenship, August 19, 1824. She was born December 15, 1802 in the State of Virginia.
