Former Resident Dead - Word has reached here belatedly of the death, on January 12, of Harmon Balster of Louisville, Ky, formerly of Menard county. Mr. Balster is survived by his wife, Maude, one daughter, Mrs. Helen Kramer and one son Wm. Balster of Kansas City, Kansas; two brothers, Ben and Thomas Balster of Tice community; four grandchildren and other relatives. He was born in Menard county, but had not lived here for many years. Funeral services were held at Nevada, Mo. and burial was there.
