Death of James A. Carman.
Passes Away At His Home In This City On Monday Funeral On Wednesday.

Died, at his late home in this city, on Monday, November 27, 1911, James A. Carman, aged 55 years, 1 month and 27 days.

Funeral services were held at the Central Presbyterian church on Wednesday, at 2 o'clock p.m. conducted by Rev. H. M. Hildebrandt. Interment at Rose Hill cemetery.

The decedent was a son of Caleb Carman and was born in Petersburg, Sep. 30, 1856. He leaves surviving him his widow, Mrs. Annie Carman, nee Watkins, and one son, James A. Carman.

His sickness was of short duration lasting less than two weeks. To the sorrowing widow and heart- broken son, the sympathy of the community goes out without stint today as they sit in the shadow of their great sorrow.
