MRS. ALFRED (HAZEL) PAUL

Mrs. Alfred Paul died at her home one mile north of Sherman, Saturday evening, December 14, 1918, at 6 o'clock of pneumonia following an attack of influenza, aged 25 years, 2 months and 1 day.
Hazel V. Cline, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Albert H. Cline of this city was born in Athens, October 6, 1893. She attended the city schools and graduated from the Athens High School. She was well known and held in high esteem by a wide circle of friends.
She was united in marriage to Alfred Paul in June 1912. They resided near this city for some time and later moved to Sherman where they have since resided. The family of Mr. Paul had all been suffering from influenza and are not yet fully recovered. The death of the mother comes as a very sad blow to the husband, children and friends.
She is survived by her husband, three children, Maurine, Eldred and A.J., her parents, Mr. And Mrs. Albert H. Cline, three sisters, Mildred, Madeline and Lucy, and one brother, Charles and a large number of friends.
The remains were brought to this city and taken to her parents where funeral services were held Monday afternoon, December 16, at 2 o'clock. Rev. C. F. M'Kown officiating.
Interment was made in West cemetery.
