I Henry Bale of county of Menard and State of Illinois do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say

First, It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid

Second I give and bequeathe to my father-in-law Henry Trailor the use of my farm (on which he now lives) for supporting my tow children Mare E Bale and Sophia An Bale until they become of age

Third I give and bequeathe to my two children mary Elizaabeth Bale and Sophia Ann Bale my Farm containing 80 acres on which Henry Trailor now loves when they shall become of age also my eight title and interest in the Estate of Jacob Bale deceased to them and their heirs and assigns forever

And Lastly I hereby appoint James Summers executor and administrator of this my last will and testament

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of March eighteen hundred and fifty
