3d A letter of Correspondence from Apple Creek Association - Wm. F. JARREL, invited to a seat

4th Received a letter of Correspondence from Sangamon Association - Robert CAMPBELL, invited to a seat

5th Bros. William SIMS to write a letter of Correspondence to Morgan Association

6th Bro. John BARNET to write a letter of Correspondence to Apple Creek Association

7th Bro. ROSS to write a letter of Correspondence to Kaskaskia Association

8th Bro. WALKER to write a letter of Correspondence to Sangamon Association

9th Bros. Wm. SIMS, Isaac COULEE, and bro. FINLEY, with the Moderator and Clerk, chosen for a committee of Arrangement

10th Adjourned until to-morrow, 10 o'clock, A. M.

11th The Association met pursuant to adjournnment

12th Committee of Arrangement made their report. It was received, and the committee discharged

SIMS, David GIMBLING, to bear a letter of Correspondence to the Sangamon Association

17th Bros. Isaac CONLEE, Jas. SOLOMON, appointed committee of Finance. The committee report $7 88 contributed. The Clerk to superintend the printing of the Minutes, and have 250 copies printed, and reserve fifty copies for distribution, to the use of correspondence to different sister Associations. Bro. Eld. MESCHAM, bro. STOUT, and bro. MOORE, fill the stand on Sunday

18th Bro. Stephen COONROD, to transcribe all the proceedings of the Association, into our blank book
