Church is Burned at Brookville
Overheated Stove Sets Edifice Afire While Service is Being Held
Fire SUnday afternoon destroyed the Evangelical church at Brookville, Ill., north of Polo, of which the Rev. Mr. Boswell is pastor. An overheated stove caused the blaze, which broke out while services were being held. The parsonage caught fire several times but was saved. The loss is about $3,000, with $4,500 insurance.
