Do you know anything about why the Aluminum is piled on the lawn of the old 1846 Courthouse?
Pictures were taken in 1941 on Jefferson St.

The sign reads ~ Help Make This Aluminum Pile Grow GIVE ALL YOU CAN

This car is a 1926 Duesenburg.
All that can be read of the sign on the door is ~
