Executor's Notice - The undersigned, executrix of the estate of (1) Diedrich C.R. Cordes, deceased, late of Peoria County, State of Illinois, 
hereby give notice that she will appear before the County Court of Peoria County, at the Court House, in Peoria at the next term on the (2) 21st day of 
(3) September next, at which time and place all persons having claims against said estate are notified and requested to attend for the purpose of having the same adjusted.

Charles H. FREEMAN, administrator of the estate of George Pierce, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a decree of the circuit court of Peoria county, taken and entered at the special term of March A.D. 1844. 
I shall on the 24th day of May next between the hours of 11 and 12 a.m. of that day at the town of Farmington, Fulton County in the state of Illinois, 
sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder in cash therefore, that certain tract, lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of Fulton aforesaid,
known and described as the south west quarter of section No. 12 in township No. 7 north of the base line of range No. 4 east of the 4 principal meridian; 
the same being part of the said estate of George PIERCE, deceased.
