Mrs. Catherine Becker Wiehn, 84,
Dies at Hone in Pinckneyville
Mrs. Catherine Becker Wiehn, 84 of 108 E. Ozburn St. Pinckneyville, died Monday
afternoon, March 21, at her home. She was born January 16, 1876, in Perry County,
a daughter of David and Christian Pugh, both of whom preceded her in death.
She was married to George Becker, who is deceased.
She later married Fred Wiehm, who is also deceased.
She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church.
She lived in Pinckneyville for 32 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Guy Neely, Pinckneyville, and Mrs. Charles Morgan, Vergennes,
and a brother, Valley Pugh, Cutler.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM Wednesday at the United Presbyterian Church on Randolph St. Pinckneyville,
with Reverend Robert G. Freythe officiating.
Burial will be in Mueller Hill Cemetery west of Pinckneyville.
Friends may call at Doerr and Son Funeral Chapel, Pinckneyville until time of service.
