DOWELL- Leslie G. Keigley, 66, died at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, 1988, in St. Louis University Hospital.

      Services will be at 1 p.m. today in the Old Du Quoin Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

      Mr. Keigley was a retired shipping clerk for MCA Distribution Co. in Pinckneyville.

      He was a member of the American Legion and was an Army veteran of World War II.

      He was born Aug. 15, 1922, in Cutler to Joe and Minnie (Taylor) Keigley.

      He married Helen Scarber in 1942. She survives.

      Other survivors include one son, Danny Keigley of Du Quoin; two daughters, Judy Corley of West Frankfort and Carol Hollloman of Zeigler; one brother, Donald Keigley; five sisters, Alice Dickens, Beulah Poole and Ellen Hackleman, all of Du Quoin, Esther Connolly of Kewanee and Margaret Wells of Cherokee Village, Ark.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

      One son and three brothers preceded him in death.
