James Farrell, writing while enroute to Iceland, tells of the recreation afforded them on their ship. There was an occasional movie, cards, reading facilities and a good recreation room. James’ letter was written March 1st. He says in part, that he is getting along fine and for his parents not worry about him. Those with him seem to think that they will be stationed in Iceland for the duration of the war. His address is: Pvt. James Farrell, 36052017, Co. A 2nd, Inf. A. P.
