To the sheriff of the county of Pike: - GREETING:

YOU are hereby commanded to notify Joel Rowley, Administrator de bonis non, of the Estate of John Allen late of said county deceased, that he be and appear before the county court, at the next term thereof, to be held at the town of Bowling Green, within and for the county of Pike, on the first Monday of May next, then and there to exhibit his accounts for settlement as aforesaid and to shew cause why an attachment should not issue against him for not exhibiting his accounts according to law; and have you then and there this writ.
