Received 12 November 1836 of Joel Rowley Administrator (de bonis non) of John Allen deceased Three hundred and eighty one dollars and fifty six cents in part of my distribution of said estate - including the sum of one hundred and sixty two dollars and fifty cents ordered by the Circuit Court of Pike county to be paid to each distributee on the 18th of August last.

Citation vs. Joel Rowley Pike County Court May Term 1836
State of Missouri COUNTY OF PIKE, } ss:
YOU are hereby commanded to notify Joel Rowley, Administrator de bonis non, of the Estate of John Allen late of said county deceased, that he be and appear before the county court, at the next term thereof, to be held at the town of Bowling Green, within and for the county of Pike, on the first Monday of May next, then and there to exhibit his accounts for settlement as aforesaid and to shew cause why an attachment should not issue against him for not exhibiting his accounts according to law; and have you then and there this writ. WITNESS, M J. Noyes Clerk, of our said court at office this 21st day of April 1836.
