Marcia K. Harp

Marcia K. Harp, 58, of Mound City died Friday, June 1, 2007, at her home.

She was born in Cairo, Ill., on Nov. 26, 1948, the daughter of Ed and Dorothy Hargrove Yarbrough.

Harp was a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship Church in Wickliffe, Ky.

Survivors include her husband, William R. "Dick" Harp of Mound City; a daughter, Amy Lynn Taake of Ullin, Ill.; two sons, Williams Ashley Harp of Wickliffe and Brandon Joe Harp of Villa Ridge, Ill.; a sister, Margaret Peoples of Wickliffe; her mother, Dorothy Brunston of Wickliffe; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Calvary Christian Fellowship Church. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the church. The Rev. Joe Vance will officiate, with burial at Spencer Heights Cemetery in Mounds.

The Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City is in charge of arrangements.
