Doris Anne Profilet, 72, of Temple Hills, Md., died Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, at Bradford Oaks Nursing Home in Clinton, Md.

She was born Jan. 21, 1930, in Cairo, daughter of James W. and Katherine Holcomb Wallace. She married Stephen Profilet.

She was a Red Cross volunteer, a pianist and painter.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Stephen Profilet Jr. of Eugene, Ore.; two daughters, Theresa Constable of Portland, Ore., Candy Bell of Winona, Minn.; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Spencer Heights Cemetery in Mounds, Ill. William R. John will officiate.

Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
