Husband of the late Mary Calhoun Rouse. Father of Edward Lee Rouse and William Joseph Rouse. Father-in-law of Eva Patricia Rouse. Grandfather of Marisa Lee Rouse and Samuel Joseph Rouse. Son of the late William L. Rouse, Sr. and Ova Youngs Rouse. Brother of Lorene Wontkowski and the late Edward Lee Rouse, William C. Rouse, Q. L. Rouse, Emma Jean Aters and Juanita Claudette Mitchell. 

Age 79 years. A native of Mounds, IL and a resident of River Ridge, LA. 

Mr. Rouse was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, serving during WWII.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Parkway, on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Garden of Memories.
