Lawrence V. Ulrich

Lawrence V. Ulrich, 61 years old, of Cedar Hill, MO and formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Friday at his home after suffering an apparent heart attack.  Mr. Ulrich was born March 2, 1921 in Ullin, Ill., son of Michael and Lena Ulrich.  On May 1, 1942 he married Violet Rider in Alexandria, Va.  He later married Carolyn Hill in St. Louis.  She survives.
Mr. Ulrich was a retired construction worker and a former member of St. Mary's Cathedral Parish in Cape Girardeau.
In addition to his wife, other survivors include sons, Edward Ulrich, St. Charles, James Ulrich, Arnold, Phillip Ulrich, San Diego, Calif., and Michael and Anthony "Bob" Ulrich, both of Cape Girardeau; daughter, Mrs. Charlotte Hente, Cape Girardeau; sister, Priscilla Brentley, St. Louis; brother, Joe Ulrich, Anna, Ill., and 14 grandchildren.
The body is at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Cedar Hill, where service will be held at 2 p.m. today.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery
