Hazel M. Williams

Hazel M. Williams, 66, of Waukegan, passed away on March 7, 2008. She was born to Escola and Savannah O'Neal in Mounds, IL.

 She was a homemaker and an active member of Greater Faith Church Baptist. She was married to Billy J. Williams and together they ran the church's food pantry.

Survivors include her daughters, Ann, Red and Peas; grandchildren, Michael, Latasha, Terna, Tremont, Tremaine and Jay; great-grandchildren, Little Mike, Jayda and Benjamin; siblings, Sally, Owens, Ernestine Brown, Harold O'Neal, Gene O'Neal, Kenny O'Neal, Robert O'Neal, Velma Holliday, Gloria Cook, Shirl O'Neal and Florence O'Neal.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents; and husband; were siblings, Alberta, May, Bernice, Bud and David.

Hazel is gone but not forgotten.

Funeral services will be at held March 15, 2008, 10:00 a.m. at Greater Faith Church, 565 Powell Ave., Waukegan, Wake from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the church.
