This school, situated six miles east of Hennepin on the road to Lowell, eight miles from Peru, has been in successful operation 3 years and six months, under the charge of O. Fisher, Principal. The summer term will commence on the 17th of June, and continue eleven weeks.

In Philosophy, Chemistry, &c. $4.00
In Languages, Higher Mathematics $1.50
Board in families from $1.25 to $1.50 per week.

Putnam County News - Miscellaneous

Miss Jos. Tomlinson teaches the Caledonia school again this summer. Alice Price has taken the school at the lower end of the Oxbow. Ann Griffith is at work at Payne’s Point district. Miss S. A. Bangs has gone to Mt. Palatine. Center goes without school until after the harvest.
