Insane Residents Living in Richland County
"Supplemental Schedules, Nos. 1 to 7 for the Defective, Dependent
and Delinquent Classes, June 1880"
Schedule No. 1 - Insane Inhabitants
This list was prepared by the Richland County census enumerators. The
folks listed here, with a few exceptions, were usually not institutionalized and lived at home. They can be found
on the regular 1880 census living with their families. The line #'s from the regular census are listed on the original
schedules, but the microfilming folks cut off most of them. Other information available for each person varies.
Spellings are as in the original schedule (or as close as I could make them out!)
