Also listed are Richland County residents in the Southern Illinois Hospital for
the Insane, which is a complete listing for Richland County.
The Supplemental Schedules Nos. 2 to 7 from the Richland Co. Census for the "Defective, Dependent, and Delinquent
Classes" are complete listings for those folks (insane, blind, deaf/dumb, delinquent, poor house residents,
etc).
The 1850 and 1870 Mortality Schedules are complete.
