Bader, who has been running a grain elevator at this place for the past two years, sold out his business Monday to Will Bader of Vermont for $6,000. Mr. Bader owned the ground and buildings, but the business was carried on with Bader & Co.'s money, a division of the profits being the plan will be carried out under the new arrangements. Mr. Bader gives possession June 20th, and will go to the old Bader farm near Bader, which he purchased the first of this week. His leaving Littleton is a decided loss to the town. Just who will be put in charge of the elevator has not been decided, altho Emmerson Long is being considered. |
