Technician Fifth Grade (Truck Driver, light).
Ribbons: European-Amreican Theater with one silver star for the Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe campaigns. One service stripe and three overseas bars.







Bollinger, Russell
Chief Gunners Mate.
Ribbons: European-American Theater and Asiatic-Pacicfic Theater with battle stars for most all engagements in the South Pacific. Purple Heart. Letter of Commendation from Commanding Officer. Citation from State of Illinois. Serviced on the USS Talamanca and the USS M. L. Abele (DD733) which was sunk April 13, 1945.
