And against Washington Carlile and Hiram Crocker. I have levied upon the following land to-wit 40 sw se qr sec 10 Town 9 r As the property of Hiram Crocker and W Carlile which I shall offer at public sale at court house door, in Shelbyville, in said state, on the 19th day of June, A. D. 1858, between the hours of 9 O'clock A. M., and sunset of said day for cash in hand to satisfy said execution and cost.
