Mrs. Ben Volkman and son Maurice Dale, spent Wednesday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Krile. Mrs. Krile is very ill.
Mrs. Ben Volkman was called to the bedside of her father, Dan Krile Friday evening. He had another stroke of apoplexy. Mrs. Krile has been bedfast for the past eight weeks.
Mrs. Ben Volkman was called to the bedside of her mother, Mrs. Dan Krile, Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Dan Krile were reported a little better Monday morning.

Little Dorothy Volkman, six year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Volkman was operated on for the removal of her appendix last Tuesday morning at the Memorial Hospital in Shelbyville.
We are glad to report Mr. Dan Ruff is able to be back with us on his mail route after several weeks’ illness with heart trouble.
We are very sorry to report that little Dorothy Volkman is not so well at this time. She is a patient in the Shelby County Memorial Hospital.

John Hayward met with a very painful accident one day last week while driving a team to unload hay the single-tree breaking and hitting him on the hand, breaking some of his bones.
