Sheriff's Sale

By virtue of an execution to me directed from the Circuit Court of Stark County, in favor of James Culbertson and against Stephen W. Eastman, I have levied on the following described tract of land, to wit: The west half of the west half of the southeast quarter of section twenty-eight (28), in township thirteen (13), north of range six (6) east of the 4th principal meridian, in the county of Stark and State of Illinois, which I shall offer for sale at public venue on the 20th day of August A.D. 1859 at the front door of the Court House in Toulon, Illinois, to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand. Sale to be at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M. of said day.

Dated at Toulon, this 28th day of July, A.D. 1859.

Wilson and against John Schaad, I have levied on the following described tract of land to wit: The south half of the south east quarter of section No. twenty (20) in township No. twelve (12), north of range No. seven (7) east of the 4th principal meridian, in the County of Stark and State of Illinois, which I shall offer for sale at public venue on the 25th day of August, A.D. 1859at the front door of the Court House in Stark County, Illinois, to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand.

Sale to be at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M. of said day. Dated at Toulon this 4th day of August 1859.

By virtue of an execution to me directed from the Circuit Court of Stark County, in favor of Andrew Ritchey and against William Dawson and Presley Colwell, I have levied on the following described real estate to wit: The west half of the north east quarter of the north west quarter of the south west quarter of section fourteen (14), in township twelve (12) north of range six (6) east of the 4th principal meridian, in the county of Stark and State of Illinois, which I shall offer for sale at public venue on the 25th day of August, A.D. 1859, at the front door of the Court House in Stark County, Illinois, to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand.
