I give and devise to my husband, August Jacquot, all rights and interest-belonging or that may ever belong to me, arising from the Estate of Hubert Jacquot deceased. To have and to hold the above described rights and interest, unto him, the said August Jacquot, my husband during the term of his matural life and after dis death, to be divided equaly amoung my surviving children. And lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint the said August Jacquot, my husband, to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
